Ingredients

  • 8 ounces low-fat cream cheese
  • 8 ounces reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1 cup grated cheese(I like cheddar or Co-Jack)
  • 4 ounces chopped sweet peppers
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon season salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 7 10-inch flour tortillas
  • 1 jar salsa
  • fresh parsley, for garnish

Directions

  1. Thoroughly mix all ingredients (except tortillas).
  2. Spread mixture evenly over tortillas.
  3. Roll up tortillas& wrap individually in wax paper.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  5. Remove from refrigerator& remove tortillas from wax paper.
  6. Cut into 3/4" slices& lay pinwheels flat on serving plate.
  7. Serve with salsa.
